Refunds and Returns

Custom products are non-refundable unless it is due to a manufacturer defect/error. Pictures and approval are required. Custom products will not look 100% like the picture but will be very close. Each item is exclusive and one of a kind. Each item is further customizable and taken on a case by case basis by customer inquiry.
